She is survived by: her children, Janice Cox (Thomas) and Gerald G. Bates, Jr. (Lisa); her grandchildren, Thomas Cox (Angela), Cody Cox (Jaclyn), Gerald G. Bates, 3rd, Jacqueline Spies (Tyler) and Deborah Bates; and her great grandchildren, Adelyn and Albies Cox.
