She was predeceased by: her great-grandparents, Joseph and Janice Williams of St. Denis Church. She is survived by: her parents, Antonio Prestipino and Jessica Prestipino; her grandparents, MaryGrace Wynne (David), William Michaels (Melissa), Antonino Prestipino (Patricia) and Kathy Maylie; and her great-grandparent Paulina Prestipino. She is also survived by many aunts, uncles and cousins.

In lieu of flowers, the family is requesting donations be made in Lilliana Grace's name to The CHOP Foundation, P.O. Box 781352, Philadelphia, PA 19178 Memo Line: CDH Research Fund in memory of Lilliana Grace Prestipino.
