He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Anne Donnelly and John B. Williams; his wife Janice Ann; his children, Mary Grace Wynne (Dave), Carol Ann Lagerman (Phyllis), Janice Lee Hoppenrath (James) and Thomas Joseph Williams (Kate); and his grandchildren, Jessica Prestipino (Tony), Matthew J., Kaylee, Jake Williams and McKenna.
