He was predeceased by: his wife Joan Feeney; his grandson Patrick Hart; and his brother William Feeney. He is survived by: his children, Frances Hart (John), Mary Hartigan (Joseph) and Joseph F. Feeney (Beth); his grandchildren, Allison Hart, Brendan Feeney, Kiki Feeney, Joseph Hartigan, James Hartigan and Bridget Grace Hartigan; his brothers, Michael Feeney (Patricia) and John Feeney (Mary); and his sister-in-law Barbara. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and other loving family and friends.
In lieu of flowers donation's in Joe's memory may be made to St. Dorothy Church, 4910 Township Line Road, Drexel Hill, Pennsylvania 19026.
