He was predeceased by: his wife Margaret M. Spillane; his daughter Eileen Arbuckle; and his siblings, Patrick Spillane, Sheila O'Sullivan, Timothy Spillane, Cornelius Spillane, Kathleen Kearney and Eileen Spillane Thomas Spillane I.
He is survived by: his children, Kathleen Barletta (David), John T. Spillane (Angela) and Timothy Spillane; his sister Mary Spillane; and his grandchildren, Ashley Arbuckle, Sean Arbuckle, Daniella Barletta and Giancarlo Barletta.
