With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Joan Horan of Havertown, Pennsylvania, born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, who passed away on August 26, 2021 at the age of 81. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Howard Rexford and Helen Rexford; her husband William P. Horan; and her sister Carol Carroll. She is survived by: her children, Joan Stefan (Bridget), Cheryl Stefan, Helen Stefan and Albert Stefan (Barbara). She is also survived by 12 grandchildren.
