She is survived by: her husband George E. Annett; her daughters, Marybeth Annett Schroder (Wesley) and Susan Annett Allen (Chris); her grandchildren, Erin (Umut), Eric, Rachel (Xavier), Sarah, Danny and Patrick; and her siblings, Bud Entriken and Regina Villarose.
