He is survived by: his wife Andrea Pergolese; his children, Dante Pergolese, Andre Pergolese, Christian Pergolese and Sara Pergolese; his siblings, Gina Skinner (Mike), Mark Pergolese (Kelly) and Christopher Pergolese; and his grandchildren, Natalia, Laila and Kehlani. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
