It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Frederick P. Mitchell (Havertown, Pennsylvania), born in Boston, Massachusetts, who passed away on April 7, 2018, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parent Frederick Palmer Mitchell. He is survived by: his parent Mary Irma Mitchell Merrill; his wife Carolyn Mitchell; his children, Christopher Frederick Mitchell (Amanda Sitko) and Lisa Carolyn Mitchell (Sean Mellody); and his granddaughter Darby Carol Mitchell.

In lieu of flowers, contributions in Rick's name to a charity of the donor's choice would be appreciated.
