We are sad to announce that on August 9, 2021, at the age of 97, Fred A. Formichella (Havertown, Pennsylvania) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his sister Angela. He is survived by: his wife Dolores Stella Benson; his daughters, Dolores M. Formichella and Frances Mackey Shaffer (Mike); his grandchildren, Donovan Mackey (Dolores), Adam Mackey (Rebecca), Jordan Litchko (Amy), Anna and Catherine Formichella; his great grandchildren, Gabrielle, Dean, Bella, Liam, Ryan, Sean, Aidan Mackey, Luca and Koah Litchko; his nieces, Kathleen Johns and Mary Beth Clifford; and also, Janet Formichella (Fred Jr.), John, Mark Cornyn, Donald Eckard, Davis Eckard (Maureen) and Alice.
