She was predeceased by: her parents, Premo Monterastelli and Mini Monterastelli (Zefferina); her former husbands, Ivan H. Witt, Sr. and Frederick J. Best; and her sisters, Elda and Emma.
She is survived by: her child Enis; her husband Fred Best; her son Ivan H. Witt, Jr. of Oxford, PA; her nephew Tim (Dale Kerns); and her great-nieces and great-nephews, Katy, Alex Kerns, Mary and Neal McCleary.
In lieu of gifts of her much-loved flowers, the family requests donations be made to the "Cecil College Foundation food pantry" and may be sent to the funeral home at P. O. Box 248 Rising Sun, MD 21911.
