He was predeceased by: his parents, John Foley and Catherine O'Donnell Foley; and his siblings, John Foley (Jack), Loretta Steven, James Foley (Jim), Mary Jean Powers, Ann Morgan, Thomas Foley, Hugh Foley (Hugh), Donald, Leo Foley, Rose Alice Dennin (DeDe), Joan Dennin (Joanie) and Catherine Dennin (Katie).
He is survived by: his wife Frances; his children, Edward, Jr., Mary Frances, Daniel and Paul; his children-in-law, Beth Foley, Gail Foley and Stephen Donahue; his grandchildren, Cameron Donahue, Cole Donahue, John Edward Foley and Megan Foley; and his sister Elizabeth Foley Henry (Betsy). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
