It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Douglas W. Reed of Havertown, Pennsylvania, who passed away on November 11, 2021, at the age of 69, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Agnes; his children, Douglas Reed (Courtney), Amanda Pell (Ryan), Luke, Andrew, William, Nolan and Molly; his parents, James S. Reed and Eloise; and his siblings, James S. Reed, MD and Thomas Reed.
He was a long time employee of Lenfest Media and The Lenfest Foundation. He was a member of the PICPA and Pennsylvania Lupus Foundation.
