She was predeceased by: her parents, Russell Blackburn and Mae Blackburn; her husband Frank Noga; her children, Judith Jensen and Peter Noga; and her granddaughter Lisa Mulholland.
She is survived by: her children, Denise Mulholland (Joe) and Frank Noga (Toni); her grandchildren, Sean McKay, Kimberly Stefanini (Phil), Deena Noga, Dan Noga (Audrey), Joe Mulholland and Stephanie Knehr (Brian); and her great grandchildren, Philip Stefanini, Dylan Knehr and Julian Knehr.
