He was predeceased by: his parents, Daniel and Margaret; and his siblings, John (Lori) and Margie Smith (Robert). He is survived by: his siblings, James (Sue), Denise Looft (Bill) and Maura Wilson (Larry); his nieces and nephews, Kelly (Mario), Caroline (Juan Pablo), Conor, Moira, Patrick, Chris, Daniel, Maggie and Seamus; and his great-nephew Finnegan.

In lieu of flowers an offering in Daniel's name to the Providence Animal Center or the Gift of Life Donor Program would be greatly appreciated.
