He was predeceased by: his wife Mary B. Kelly. He is survived by: his children, Christopher (Denise Neary) of Rockville, Ann (David Wheeler) of New York, N. Y., Mary Kelly-Perez (Danny) of Hillsboro, Charles Jr. (Darlene) of Orlando and Regina; his grandchildren, Sean Kelly, Meg Kelly, Maggie Wheeler, Julia Perez, Evan Perez, Max Kelly and Anna Kelly; and his siblings, John B. "Jack" Kelly, Jr. of Media, James F. "Jimmy" Kelly and Margaret K. "Peg" Igoe.
