She is survived by: her husband Louis A. Girifalco; her children, Cathy, Sandy (Sam Bitonti), Tony (Renee), Bob, Terry (Tony Spagnoletti) and Dori (John Malloy); her grandchildren, Kailey, Christine, Colette, Antonio, Michel, Shannon, Louis, Madison, Alexandra, Tyler, Dylan, Kaitlyn and Morgan; her sister Mary McCarthy; and her parents-in-law, Dorothy DeStefano, Sal and Lynn Girifalco. She is also survived by nieces, nephews and friends.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Cathy's memory may be made to The American Heart Association or Children's Hospital of Philadelphia.
