He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Blase and Theresa Blase; and his mother-in-law Gloria Girini. He is survived by: his wife Dolores; his children, Lindsay and Amanda; his sister Frances Rose Utkus (Michael); his nieces, Audrey and Julia Utkus; his father-in-law Ronald; and his siblings-in-law, Diana, Ron (Kim) and Joseph Girini.
