He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Santilli and Minnie Santilli. He is survived by: his wife Kathryn Santilli; his son David A. Santilli (Pamela); his grandchildren, Andrew Santilli and Cara Santilli; and his siblings, Pasquale A. Santilli, Anna Sasser and Robert Santilli. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
