He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Harold and Juliana M. Hickman; and his brother James P. Hickman. He is survived by: his siblings, Richard J. Hickman (Barbara), Joseph J. Hickman (Richarda), Thomas M. Hickman and Juliana Hickman-Guaraldo (Gary). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
