It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Penelope Fitzgerald of Haverford, Pennsylvania, born in Jacksonville, Florida, who passed away on December 4, 2022, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Dr. Luther William Holloway and Jean O'Leary Holloway; her siblings, Mary Pearse Freel, Elizabeth Sanderson, Jean Bein, Catherine Holloway, Robert, Luther and Jack Holloway; and her son Michael Semmes Fitzgerald.

She is survived by: her husband Bill; and her children, Laurie Nowlan (Pat), Catherine McAvoy (Norman), Jean Holloway Fitzgerald, Carol Fitzgerald, William (Amy) and Robert Fitzgerald (Luke). She is also survived by 12 grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
