He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Dolores "Choppy" Zintl Rouse; his children, Michael John Rouse, William Patrick Rouse and Christine Finn Rouse; his sister Mary Jo Lyons; his grandchildren, Finn Rouse, Shane Rouse, Brody Rouse, Naomi Grace Rouse, John Rouse, Patrick Rouse, Frances Rouse and Mary Rouse; and his parents, Michael Rouse and Mary Finn Rouse.
All are asked to wear masks and observe social distancing.
