He was predeceased by: his parents, William A. and Thelma Sedgwick, Sr. (Williams); and his brother Richard B. Sedgwick. He is survived by: his wife Harriet Sedgwick (Nilsson); and his children, Alison Pluck (Joseph), William R. Sedgwick (Colleen), Christian M. Sedgwick (Janet) and Lauren Pownall (Kevin).
