He was predeceased by: his father John Downey; and his son Ryan Downey. He is survived by: his mother Helen Downey (Whiteman) of Hatfield; his pet Coco; his son Brandon Downey of Harleysville; his sister Helen L. Lund (Al) of Hatfield; and his girlfriend J. Onel Tirado of Hatfield.
In memory of his late son, the family requests that contributions be made in Bill's memory to the Children's Hospital of Philadelphia, 3401 Civic Center Blvd., Philadelphia, PA 19104.
