He was predeceased by: his parent John Smallwood. He is survived by: his spouse Donna Smallwood; his parent Bernadette Smallwood; his children, Thomas J. Smallwood (Lori) of North Wales and Jeff Smallwood of Hatfield; and his grandchildren, Christian, Alexa and Gabriella Smallwood.
