She was predeceased by: her sister Bonnie Friedman. She is survived by: her spouse Owen F. Ulmer; her daughters-in-law, David O. Ulmer (Megan) of Montgomery Township and Richard J. Ulmer (Jessica) of Vienna, VA; her grandchildren, Lauren, Jacob, Bridget, Henry and Emmet; and her brother James D. Hoar of Ohio.
