She was predeceased by: her parents, George Emerson and Elizabeth Emerson (Williamson); and her siblings, Wesley Emerson, Bette Blattner and Marian Gianguilio.
She is survived by: her spouse Russell Y. Mumbauer; her children, Bonny M. Millar (Robin J.) of Wales, UK and Paul D. Mumbauer (Vera) of Orwigsburg, PA; her granddaughters, Sophia and Elizabeth; and her brother Raymond Emerson.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that contributions be made in Ruth's memory to Montgomery Square United Methodist Church, 1900 County Line Road, North Wales, PA 19454.
