She is survived by: her husband Pasquale Carfagno; her children, Sandra Polen (Al) of Hatfield and Russell Carfagno (Tracy) of Horsham; her grandchildren, Billy, Valerie, Ashley, Anthony, Alexzandra, Andrew and Nikki; and her great grandchildren, Jaya, Brooklyn, Zoe, Esther, Lincoln, Elora and Liam.
