She was predeceased by: her parents, Oscar E. Ballew and Muriel L. Ballew-Benner (Wright); and her brother Lewis Ballew. She is survived by: her brothers, Herbert K. Ballew of Quakertown, PA, Oscar A. Ballew of Surprise, AZ and Allen D. Ballew of Fairbanks, AK; and her sister-in-law Carol of Bethlehem, PA.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in her memory to St. Paul's Evangelical Lutheran Church Improvement Fund.
