She was predeceased by: her husband William E. Forst; her parents, Charles Kulp and Carolyn Kulp; and her brothers, Robert Kulp and Charles Kulp, II.
She is survived by: her daughters, Fay Forst-Younger (Tom), Kay Imes and Wendy Forst-Ferrell (Ralph); her grandchildren, Joshua (Jennifer), Kara (Alex), Tom (Megan), Laura, Kali and Jadie; her great grandchildren, Liam, Braden, Leighton, Layla and Scott; and her nephew Charles.
