He was predeceased by: his father James David Rhoades. He is survived by: his mother Marion R. Motz (Cotter); his stepfather William Motz of Hatfield; his daughter Leah; his brother Kevin Motz; his grandmother Marion Tahaney; his stepgrandfather Daniel Tahaney of Hatfield; his great-grandparent Marion McKelvey; and his godparents, James and Patrice Trusdell. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.
