She was predeceased by: her parents, Nghia Mai and Nho Thi Do. She is survived by: her spouse Luan Xuan Nguyen; her sons, Dr. Larry Nguyen (Melissa Nguyen) of Philadelphia and Dr. Lenny Nguyen (Giang Bui) of New York; and her brother Thai Mai of New Mexico. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
