She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph O'Brien and Lorraine O'Brien (Paskey); and her brothers, Daniel and David O'Brien. She is survived by: her husband David K. Lynch; her children, Victoria Simon (Darin) of Philadelphia and Matthew Lynch (Kimberlee Dalton) of Perkasie; her brothers, Christopher O'Brien (Donna) of Downingtown and Joseph O'Brien (Susan) of Cartersville, GA; and her nieces and nephews, Danielle Mayer, Saible D'Amico, Kelly McMenamin, David Kralle, Brendan O'Brien and Shae O'Brien. She is also survived by her family and friends.
