With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Joyce T. Luscombe of Hatfield, Pennsylvania, born in Warren, Ohio, who passed away on April 11, 2021 at the age of 86. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her husband William C. Luscombe; her parents, Chester Taiclet and Esther Taiclet (Davis); and her sister Dolores Pishotti. She is survived by: her children, Ann Rene Clemmer, William Layne Luscombe, Dana Luscombe, Lance Luscombe, Erin Luscombe and Bhret Luscombe; and her brothers, Warner and Chester Dennis Taiclet. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren.
