He was predeceased by: his parents, John Brown and Elizabeth Brown (Bremner); and his daughter Lesley Brown. He is survived by: his wife Vivienne Brown (Haigh); his brother David Brown (Barbara) of Maryland; his sister-in-law Rae Haigh of Scotland; his niece Jemma Haigh; his nephew Gavin Haigh; and his children, Janet and Tim Morton.
