Riggins Jr. (Hatfield, Pennsylvania), born in Clifton Heights, Pennsylvania, who passed away on November 2, 2019, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Dolores Bodner; his parents, Elizabeth and Howard E. Riggins, Sr.; and his daughters, Barbara Riggins of Indiana, Diane Riggins of Skippack and Jennifer Riggins of Skippack.
