He was predeceased by: his parents, Elwood Lukens and Margaret Lukens (Edgar); and his daughter Jeanne Lukens. He is survived by: his spouse Dorothy J. Lukens; his daughter Jayne Lukens of Hatfield; his grandson John Weigner (Megan) of Harleysville; and his great grandchild Kayla Weigner of Harleysville. He is also survived by his parents, and his five siblings.
