He was predeceased by: his parents, George Winkels and Edna Winkels (Wild). He is survived by: his wife Barbara Winkels; his children, Aven Marcotte, Mark Winkels and Scott Winkels; and his siblings, Lorraine Boche (Chuck), Larry Winkels (Fran) and James Winkels. He is also survived by many grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
