He was predeceased by: his parents, Emerson Swartley and Esther Swartley. He is survived by: his wife Darlene Swartley (Histand); his sons, D. Brian Swartley (Nichole), Michael Swartley and Tim Swartley; his grandchildren, Morgan Babin (Colin), Madeline Swartley (Jordan Guillory), Mckenzie Swartley, Jacob Swartley, Taylor Swartley (Robert Mann), Austin Swartley, Brooke Swartley and Paige Swartley; and his siblings, Donald Swartley (late Sue), Ronald "Chuck" Tasker (Jenell) and Darla Rice (Henry).
