It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Constance M. DiLisio (Hatfield, Pennsylvania), who passed away on March 15, 2025, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Nicholas Ciocca and Mary Ciocca; her husband Salvatore DiLisio of Philadelphia; and her brother Nicholas Ciocca. She is survived by: her children, Sammy DiLisio (Dina), Paul DiLisio (Sonia) and Laurie McMasters (Steven); her grandchildren, Bryan McMasters (Serena), Autumn Reider (Keith) and Isabella DiLisio (Billy); and her great grandchildren, Olivia and Jack Reider.
