He was predeceased by: his wife Carolyn L. Minguez (Farrell); and his parents, Edward Minguez and Elizabeth Minguez (Burns). He is survived by: his sons, Charles E. Minguez, Jr. (Carol), Edward Minguez (Patricia), Joseph Minguez (Wanda) and John Minguez (Diane). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and extended family.
