She was predeceased by: her daughter Theresa Byers (Jack); her sister Marianna Ciliberto (Carmen); and her parents, Nicola Talese and Angela Talese (Paone). She is survived by: her husband Vincenzo Pettinato; her children, Franco Pettinato (Gabrielle) and Angela Herman (John); and her siblings, Giuseppina, Immaculata, Gaetano and Domenico. She is also survived by her seven grandchildren as well as many nieces and nephews.
