She was predeceased by: her spouse David E. Gerhart; her parent Peter Macinskas; her son David Gerhart, Jr.; and her siblings, Peter Macinskas, Jr. and Ellen Wile.
She is survived by: her parent Mary Macinskas (Sourvilaus); her daughter Diane Welbourn (Michael) of Hatfield; and her stepson Wayne Gerhart (Beebe) of Quakertown. She is also survived by 5 grandchildren; 2 step-grandchildren; 3 great grandchildren.
