She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Kostyk and Maria Kostyk (Kutyla); her husband Elko Kopacz; her brother Stanislav Kostyk; and her nephew Michael Kostick.
She is survived by: her sisters, Oleksandra Babin and Stephanie Kostyk of Ukraine; and her nieces, Frances Horoff and Elizabeth Kostick of Bedminster. She is also survived by many other nephews, nieces, and cousins.
