He was predeceased by: his parents, William E. Jay and Margaret M. Jay; and his brother Bill. He is survived by: his wife Nancy Jay; his daughters, Colleen Jay (Ryan) and Kristin Falbo (TJ); and his grandchildren, Henry, Rowan, Lorelei, Tommy and Nina.
