He was predeceased by: his father Ronald Warner. He is survived by: his mother Ollie Warner (Meredith); his wife Debra (Kammler); his brother Alan; his nieces, Christine (Staffan) and Rachel; his nephew Jason (Megan); and his grandchildren, Emelie, Peter and Micah.
