He was predeceased by: his parents, William F. Koebert and Anna M. Koebert. He is survived by: his wife Joan E. Koebert; and his children, Debbie Koebert, Joan Koebert (Ruby), Jane Koebert, Rich Koebert Jr. (Loretta) and Edward Koebert (Carol). He is also survived by his 11 grandchildren, and 13 great-grandchildren.
