He was predeceased by: his parent Margaret Helen Mulligan. He is survived by: his parent Thomas Mulligan Sr.; his wife Carol Ann; his children, Alyssa Michelle (Michael Franklin), Shane Kenneth (Casey Mulligan), Colleen Nicole (Nicholas Dovidio) and Brendan Michael; and his siblings, Margaret Walsh, Dennis (Kelli), James and Thomas Mulligan Jr.. He is also survived by dad and husband, who would move heaven and earth for his kids. "Love you 8 sideways, Daddy" Relatives.
