She was predeceased by: her parents, Antonio Carbone and Carmella Carbone; and her siblings, Anthony, John, Albert "Skippy" and Philomena Carbone.

She is survived by: her sister Rose Carbone of Hatboro. She is also survived by 3 nieces, 1 nephew, 10 great nieces and nephews and 12 great great nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to Alzheimer's Association, act.alz.org in Mary's memory.
