He was predeceased by: his parents, Louis Efkowitz and Theresa Efkowitz; his wife Leona; and his brothers, Louis and Arnold.

He is survived by: his children, Joseph Efkowitz (Mary), Theresa Preno (Bill) and Donna Packard (Bill); his grandchildren, Justin, Ashley, Amanda (Steve), Devin (Zach), Jessica (Jon) and Lindsay; and his great grandchildren, Rhett and Crew. He is also survived by many extended family members and friends.
